Provide if you and blog worth salt on WAMU, their direct client complaint contact contact information person and/or direct contact information before I take more direct action to get their corporate attention to the right party whom I will know and have reviewed and pre-selected who I think I need to start with internally at Corporate. I need to know who and how to contact through and loge complaint internally one and proceed as needed.

Be warned, stay away from WAMU. They have allowed my ex-wife to give them a fake POA to withdraw money from my checking account and would do absolutely nothing to investigate when I told them. They said "The signatures match so we consider it good" UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

She then wrote access checks against WAMU credit card and when I asked for a fraud investigation they refused to do one!

This is the worst bank I have ever done business with and they should be out of business and hopefully their mortage division will allow that to happen. They deserve it

I had a business account at WaMu.
They forced me to work with Transfirst credit card service.

The credit card merchant services rep. told me to buy the machine from a warehouse in New Jersey ,presumably something run out of a garage!

Then the machine came but did not function...she said she would take it home and fix it...we then met in a parking lot at Starbucks to make the exchange...I never experienced anything so unprofessional.

The credit card company Transfirst would not help me when the machine still would not function. I had to drive to another location to find a compatible hook up for this stupid machine. I did this every day for 8 mos. After 15 years of running a home furnishings company with very professional relationships I could not believe this.

Finally Transfirst through a mix up in their support department withheld the payments I was bringing into my account. I could not do anything because the payments were not being made to my account so the manager at WaMu decided that I should be punished as my account was not keeping a balance. The head of Credit at Transfirst explained to the manager at WaMu that this was their fault and not my fault. They set me up with a new on line credit card program that was actually working but 2 days later my account at WaMu was closed.

The manager was incompetent and stated that she had the right to close the account just because she felt like it.

WaMu has destroyed 8 mos. of my business and it will take me just as long to recover.

If anyone knows of any class action suits I would very much like to know of them and be involved. I have the direct line to the president of the company in Seattle but his assistant would not let me discuss this further with him so I told her I will take this to court along with all the other upset customers who have been through so much horrible treatment and loss due to the lack of management and competent staff at WaMu.
